Covid-19 Office Safety Precautions & Resources

My office is taking the following precautions to protect clients and families, and to help slow the spread of the coronavirus:

  • Masks are required in the waiting area.

  • Please stay home if you are exhibiting any Covid-19, flu, or cold symptoms. In person appointments can be switch to video appointment if you suspect illness.

  • If you come to your appointment exhibiting symptoms, we will need to cancel the appointment, and the cancellation fee will be waived.

  • Only clients are allowed to enter into my office and the building where my office is located.

  • If the client is younger than 13, only one parent/guardian may bring the child to their appointment. No siblings or other family members will be allowed to enter my office and the building where my office is located.

  • I ask that all clients/parents wait in their cars or outside until no earlier than 5-10 minutes before their appointment time.

  • All rooms within my suite are equipped with hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol for use before and after sessions, and as needed during sessions.

  • I schedule appointments at specific intervals to allow time to clean and disinfect surfaces and objects that are frequently used between appointments.

  • All rooms within my suite are thoroughly disinfected at the end of each day.
