About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) (License Number: LF60920891), I hold a MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University Seattle (graduated December 2016), and a BA in Community Psychology from the University of Washington Bothell (graduated June 2012). As a LMFT, I have extensive training in psychotherapy and family systems, and I am licensed to diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders. I am also a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) (Registration Number: T5433) with extensive training in sandtray therapy, which is a form of play therapy that can be used with children, teens, and adults.

During my years working in community mental health and private practice, I have gained experience in working with individuals across the lifespan, from early childhood to late adulthood, on a variety of issues and challenges, including chronic stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, family conflict, relationship issues, and major life events and transitions.
