I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Registered Play Therapist (RPT), and Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist with over ten years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families in community mental health, school based, and private practice settings.​

My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, relational, and compassionate care. I strive to create a safe, accepting, and supportive environment where individuals feel seen, understood, and valued. I believe that healing happens through connection, curiosity, and compassion, and I honor each person's unique experiences, strengths, and path toward growth.

 

As a parent of two neurodivergent children with sensory differences, I understand firsthand the joys, challenges, and complexities of navigating a world that isn't always accommodating of their developmental and sensory needs. Having also personally experienced the lasting effects of childhood trauma, I bring a deep sense of compassion and understanding to my work. These experiences have shaped my passion for helping others heal from childhood wounds, develop greater self-understanding, and reconnect with their authentic selves. These experiences have also deepened my commitment to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care that honors sensory needs, embraces neurodiversity, and respects each person's individual experiences and strengths.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time in nature, hiking, and nurturing my own well-being through meditation and spiritual practices. I also love spending quality time with my husband, our two emerging adult children, our dog, and our two cats.
